"After an unpleasant and expensive experience with our first management company, we were very concerned that all were going to be the same and searched for a long while before approaching Florida Ideal. That was 5 years ago-and what a good move it was. The first and probably most important point we found is that they are always accessible to deal with queries and respond to guests 24/7.

As owners who are 4,000 miles from our villa, we need someone who will take as much pride in our home as we do. We're aware that this can be a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for some of our guests, and our villa must meet all expectations. Billy, the Florida Ideal pool guy, is as thorough as they come. Our pool and hot tub are always sparkling, the filters are cleaned regularly, and because of this, they need changing less frequently. Honestly, there isn't much he can't fix-he's obviously been in the business for years and is a great source of information.

Over the years, we've come to trust Pattie and Stuart to look after our home so completely that we no longer think of them as a management company, but more as friends and partners in the running of our villa.
